After a minute the power light changes from blue to solid green and the status light changes from blinking green to solid green. We did not test further. Last preventative maintenance and calibration was performed 9/24. Freight shipments outside of the USA, Canada, and Mexico will be shipped to the customs area of your closest international airport where you will pay customs taxes and fees as well as arrange the shipping from the airport to your location.
